Privacy policy
Last updated October 9, 2026
This policy explains what Drama Generator (“we”, “us”) collects when you use dramagenerator.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. By using the service you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
- Account details. When you log in with Google we receive your name, email address and a unique account identifier. We generate a display name for your public share pages.
- Content you create. Scene text, premises, genre and trope selections, library descriptions, uploaded outfit, set and prop images, and the episodes rendered from them.
- Billing records. Subscription status, credit balances and purchase history. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers.
- Usage data. Pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location derived from IP address, and error logs, collected through privacy-respecting analytics.
AI Data Processing
Drama Generator sends your text, images, video, and other input to third-party AI platforms for processing. These platforms currently include Google, OpenAI, and Replicate. They receive the content needed to draft scenes, moderate submissions, generate library images and render episodes, and process it under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not use your content to train AI models ourselves.
How we use information
- To operate the service: drafting scenes, rendering episodes, storing your library and episodes, and keeping your credit balance accurate.
- To moderate content. Every scene and image is screened automatically before it reaches a render engine; flagged items are kept private or refused.
- To process payments and send receipts, renewal notices and account messages.
- To keep the service secure, investigate abuse reports and enforce our terms.
- To understand which features are used so we can improve them.
Sharing
We share information with the service providers named above, with payment and hosting providers that help us run the site, and with authorities when the law requires it. Episodes you choose to publish are visible to anyone with the link, together with your display name, the genre and the scene text. We do not sell personal information.
Retention
Your account, library and episodes are kept while your account is active. Deleting an episode removes it from your shelf and from search immediately. Rendered media files may persist in backups for a limited period. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data by email.
Your choices
- Keep every episode private: nothing is published unless you choose to publish it.
- Delete individual episodes or library items at any time from the studio and the Episodes page.
- Manage or cancel a subscription from the billing portal.
- Request a copy, correction or deletion of your personal data by writing to us.
Children
The service is not directed at children under 13, and people under 18 should only use it with a parent or guardian’s permission. We remove accounts we learn belong to children under 13.
Changes
We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date at the top. Material changes will be announced in the service.
