Terms of service

These terms are a contract between you and Drama Generator covering your use of dramagenerator.com and the episodes, images and text produced through it. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Your account

You need a Google account to render. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. You must be at least 13, and if you are under 18 you confirm a parent or guardian has agreed to these terms on your behalf.

Ownership of what you make

As between you and us, you own any output produced by the service at your direction, including without limitation images, videos, text, and other content. You may use it for personal or commercial purposes. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, store, reproduce and display your content so we can operate the service, show it on share pages when you publish it, and keep backups. Copyright and related rights differ between countries; if you need certainty about a particular use, consult a lawyer where you live.

Acceptable use

Drama Generator must not be used to render, upload or publish anything that:

• depicts or sexualises minors, or is sexually explicit;
• uses a real person’s likeness, name or voice without their permission, or impersonates anyone;
• harasses, threatens or defames a person or group, or promotes violence or hatred;
• infringes someone else’s copyright, trademark or other rights;
• is deceptive, fraudulent, or presents AI-rendered footage as a real recording of events;
• attempts to probe, bypass or overload our systems or moderation.

Scenes and images are screened automatically. We may refuse to render, hide, or remove content, and suspend or close accounts, when we believe these terms have been broken.

Credits, subscriptions and bundles

• Renders and library images are paid for with credits. The cost of each render is shown before you confirm it and is charged when the render starts.
• Subscription credits refill at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over. Bundle credits do not expire while your account is open.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops future charges; the current period runs to its end. Upgrades are charged at the difference between plans; downgrades take effect at the next cycle.
• If a render fails because of a problem on our side or at a provider, the credits are returned. Credits are not refunded for renders that complete, or for results you simply do not like.
• Prices may change; we will tell you before a change affects a renewal.

The service

Rendered episodes come from generative models and will vary from take to take. We do not promise any particular appearance, voice, duration or quality, and we may change engines, tiers and features over time. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Drama Generator is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your content at any time. We may suspend or end access for breaches of these terms or where required by law. Sections on ownership, liability and governing law survive termination.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
